    Other than defrosting the bird bath they'll be no gardening for me - frozen solid here!

    Was hoping to go in garden today but hardest frost so far and freezing fog so in door jobs today image

    sorted the chicks out water frozen,image ordered some seeds 99p and free postageimage shed tidy later and some more clearing of borders .

    Solid white frost here in the NE and fog with it, shopping to do so garden goes on the back burner.

    Thanks GWRS. Planning a trip to the garden centre Saturday, so I will take a look.

    I'll certainly let you know how I get on, with pics hopefully!

    freezing fog here as well but half a laurel tree, felled yesterday,  required chopping and shredding. So we did it. Nastyimage

    Too cold for pruning and groud too wet for anything else - so I'm here image

    Hello , managed to do some jobs in garden and even popped up to allotment for an hour , hoping to go up to allotment at the weekend image

    Walked around garden, kicked some fallen apples, very satisfying!   No snowdrops to be seen, the muntjac tend to eat the crocus and the leaves and flowers have not appeared this year.

     

    do muntjac eat snowdrops?

     

     Removed some weeds from round the roses. Very cold and damp, heard and saw the woodpecker high up in the sycamore tree. Rain all day tomorrow and it will get warmer, hurrah
