Yes lots of my fb friends have damage to their greenhouses and sheds.  even a wheelbarrow blown away.  We are lucky down south this time   Sounds like a day to stay home further north.  It was a little bit breezy up the garden but I got some pruning done and my neighbour is getting on with building his new garage.

Did some more heavy work and when exhausted I rewarded myself with a practice session with my camera,  Here are the results.

Take care flumpy.  My goodness there is a lot of flooding and road closures.  Wind is getting stronger in Bristol now but it is too dark already to be outside anyway.

Good evening , rather blowy today , plastic covered little g/h ripped , however , it was on its way out any way , have a replacement cover in garage , it will wait to next year for repair ,  as it only used at moment for storing plastic pots and trays

Oh I bet that will be lovely -in Lincoln Cathedral.  I hope you are not near any floods GWRS.  The North and Scotland are having a torrid time.  The wind has calmed down in Bristol but is supposed to be fierce in the early hours.

Such dreadful weather up North.  Brings back memories of the Somerset Levels floods.  Gardens and allotments under metres of water and no electricity.  It will take a long time to recover from such a storm and the flooding is not over yet.  It is still very mild in Bristol - 14 degrees here already and calm but dark and a little drizzle.  The "Hotlips" salvia I bought with white flowers now has some new normal ones on it. I will take a picture of them.
