  Thanks so much, my nanny pixie used to make elderflower wine, back in the days when kids were allowed a sip!

  Elderflower wine is great, too late for this year now and very potent!  You can make 'champagne' from it too but have to be very clever with timings, which I wasn't so we just had wine!
