Have been outside but there is a chilly wind-have made up 4 more wall baskets with the new guinea busy lizzies but waiting for more to flower to complete the task- they seem so slow and trying to get one colour in each one-2 to go-perhaps later in the week .
The BBC have apparently been hammered for their coverage of yesterday's pageant.

Deservedly so - it was pretty pathetic.
I agree they seemed to have too many presenters and not enough research.
I had a good 40 mins in the garden before it rained, I had hoped to plant out more dahlias while the ground was wet.
Have you ever grown Amaranthus, my seedlings look more like Verbena??
Never grown amaranthus-Alina will know
Just seen enormous beetle black and around 2 inches long-a female stag?
Anyone fancy a chocolate rice-crispie cake-have just made some-you will need to be quick
Sounds more like a cockroach to me.
I managed to plant a dahlia and 6 verbena bonariensis before it rained.
Did you make them with your own fair hands?
It was not a cockroach or I would have ate it
I did make them- on a whim-I am quite capable if I feel in the mood-not many left now.
Are we watching pop people tonight?
I may record it and fast forward, if I remeber correctly there is a lot of padding.
Are they tasty?
Tasty? Tasty?-they are like me all brown and bloody gorgeous
There will be padding whilst they constantly reset the stage-Robbie will sing Angels-OH will cry

I would never imagine cockroaches to to be gorgeous.
