Just bought my second order from Plantsman's Preference.  They have more unusual varieties, good prices, and very well packaged.  Also rate Blom's for bulbs, they arrive looking like bags of sweeties, so well cleaned, but they are a bit pricey.  Edrom Nursery is great for Hepatica's and rare woodland plants.

    Chryths Direct

Bought a collection of John Wingfield Chryths (10), really excellent young plants, well packed and delivered when they said they would be!

Another positive for Woottens. Due to admin error on their side they sent me 9cm plants when I'd ordered 2l. They responded to my email within 30 minutes and offered to send the correct sizes once grown for free.

Same can't be said for Heucheraholics - no plants or communication for an order placed after 3 weeks, when I cancelled the order still haven't had a refund. Chased again today.

Also not totally impressed with plantsforshade.co.uk. First they omitted plants I'd ordered (fair enough they sent on when realising ther error), but 9cm plants appear to have been small plugs potted in a 9cm pot - only growth from a small circle of compost that has raised half a cm since potting on.
