He may not be 'handy' but he could probably lend a hand and let you know whether it was straight, and hold things etc - they take a while to train but most can become handy to a degree, eventually image

Ah but is he house trained Matty? That's the worst bit...image

Only girlees in this house now, and if they want to bring boyfriends back they can go and live in the shed image

Panda what a shame. A few tree stakes or something to straighten it out and you'll be fine.

I'd offer to come with my saw and drill but they're both on strike just now from over use!

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Thanks for the offer fairy image Had the drill out earlier sorting out the fence. Some of the concrete posts are crumbling and not holding in the panels properly. Drill and some zip ties later, job done! Replacing the knackered fence posts is too much for me to even think about. . . image

Evening all, we have concrete panels underthe fence panels (does thatmake sense?) -  two are broken but keep forgetting to remind OH to replace them so it`ll probably be next year!

    Night KEF.

I'm off to bed now, runny nose, sore throat.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

  • Cut grass today, as promised this morning. Hadn't done it for a while and it took about 4 hours, twice as long as usual. Aching all over at moment, feet up, typing this and watching TV too. Who says men cant tulti-mask....ooops!

Lawns do look much better tho' and I may now get going on some other jobs including the hedges, which I have left because of the weight of berries this year. Mostly I leave the tidying up to the Spring, when my sap starts rising, leaving the garden to the birds and bugs.
