Hey Mrs G, you need a nut roast to serve with the rest of the roasties.
Cashew and cranberry is good, mixalise both, add in some mixalised onions and breadcrumbs, (oats if you don't do wheat). Some herbs and seasoning and off you go. an egg glues it all together
A cranberry sauce/gravy made with orange juice is an excellent addition.
Mixed nuts are good, same sort of recipe, for extras I sometimes put a layer of precooked spinach or mushrooms through the middle
Missed you Stacey there but no dont mention the 'r' word - you as well nut! Veg stew I could pos manage web but not sure itd be any good. Stacey, I haven't met these people before, oh sorry I met him briefly. Not a dinner party, not wanting to look 'try hard' and happy to admit im not a cook ( not that bad either just dont enjoy it any more and a bit of a confidence thing).
Got the seedlings transplanted which are now sitting in the heated bench for a few days while the overnight temps are forecast to be dodgy. About 10 varieties of tomato, 2 types of chilli, 4 types of pepper and 'showpiece' and 'giant' dahlias:
Still plenty to go though:
and I've 2/3rds of my seeds still to sow!
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
