Sounds delish Verdun, but no i've never heard of that type of cake. I live in sussex and when very young in London, I can't even think of a cake like it. But as it has cream and chocolate i'm sure it must be yummy!

The weather was really lovely today but I only got to see it when I transfered between sites at break . My room has black blinds and they were radiating heat today.

Elephant's feet were huge when you were young Verdon..
perhaps they stayed same size and you grew up 
Lily they do look like elephant's feet big clompy things with cream in the middle...but no dirt between the toes.
