Lovely day in prospect here.  Bird feeders now all sparkly clean and ready to go back out.  Have registered for the bird watch/count next weekend.

my indoor hyacinths, planted early November are starting to come out too - very pretty blue.

Morning everyone, its not raining here Yay! Sky looking quite clear too, lets hope it lasts, my garden just can't take anymore rain.

Off to the garden centre later just for a mooch, no piont in buying much if anything at all far too wet to plant out. Unless I get something for a couple of pots.

Hope you all have a good day BFN,  oooh the sun has just come out!!!!! image

Morning Verdun, agree about the little boy, just doesn't seem possible for a parent to do that, or it shouldn't be.

    Enjoy your sewing image

  • Yes so very sad, how can any mother or father do that to their child

  • Verdun, last night I googled some beaches in Devon/Cornwall and found a beach called Towan beach with a bridge. Not sure if this is the one I went on as a child as this one leads to a house on a cliff, and I wouldn't have thought people would be allowed to use it. House is on the market at the moment bet its windy up there!

Morning everyone, it was looking quite promising but the big black clouds are coming over so not a happy bunny. Although I have to say I think we have been luckier than a lot of you with the weather from what I have read. I really feel for all the people that have been flooded.

Re the little boy, I can't imagine why any mum could do that. So very very sad.

Apparently I have got a day off today and OH and my boys are making dinner and doing any jobs, although most were done yesterday, so I am on a mission to relax and read some more of my Mary Berry book.

I'm also going to make paper pots today and plant sweet peas too (off to the garden centre first). Is it too soon to plant some tomato seeds?
