Some time ago, I think it was on this forum, I told you a ghost story about our old Tudor farmhouse in Kent. We moved there in 1978 and I had a 2 1/2 year old and a baby. The week after we moved my little girl said "Mummy there's a lady in my bedroom, she's very nice". I went to look and my daughter was disappointed that the lady had gone. Then I went to the village post office to collect my child benefit and there were 2 old ladies. One said "Oh, you must be the new lady who's moved in. Have you met the ghost yet? She was a children's nanny who died there a long time ago".

Brilliant BL! I wouldn't mind a resident ghost - it would give me someone to talk when the girls are away...image

Mine both have Biology exams later this week - Forensic Fairy's first one (of two) on Thursday and  Fairy Junior's is on Friday. That's her last Higher, they started in April. Good luck to all with their exams. image I'd have though school would have informed you OL. Very unfair if you don't know.

Chucking it down here - from where it left off yesterday. Don't know when I'll get the grass cut - may need to borrow a pony from work tomorrow...image

Off for a look to see what you're all up to.

Washing on the line, started sorting plants for planting out, then the rain started. Bother, washing will just have to stay there.

What are you putting in your cold frame?

The rain has gone off here. Got child to come and help get the food shopping and she is now doing her roast chicken dinner. Result!
