Hope the poorlies and pain soon go. Chin up Pandaimage.

Think I might be a horse, I'm always getting scruffy.

Sun has now come out so maybe a walk is on the cards.

Hope your friend is getting proper support in her role as a carer Verdun - Crossroads for Carers are brilliant as are http://www.autism.org.uk/.  She needs to take time for herself to help with healing - she probably knows all about them, but just in case - I was sometimes surprised when visiting families that they didn't feel they qualified for any support.

  • Lovely sunny crisp day, went for a nice walk along the edge of the woods. Bit breezy but not too cold. Fresh air did me the world of good, headache gone and feel so much better.

Glad Spikes ok. Sorry to hear about your friend Verdun, hope all goes well for her.

Hope  everybody is having a good day BFN
