Roquito is a brand owned by Leathams Ltd and the product is a high quality red jalepeno pepper that comes in sweet syrup, giving a unique hot sweet flavour, with a crunch. You can try to grow them but alas I think you will be disappointed. However there are aimilar tasting chillis but it is in the curing liquor that brings out the flavour. To quinto can be bought many places ..... Tesco however waitrose have a very very good one that you will enjoy......
To quino don't you love auto correct!!!! Roquito ..... Try cherry bomb they are sweet and hot and due to the thick skin pickle very well for storage.... Will happily send you some seeds I had a to. This year...

Posting from my bed of many blankets - amazing how used you get to central heating!
Dove I have spent an hour looking for their website and had no joy with the menu - do you think they've barred me from going back?!
Thank you Dove and Stacey, looks like I'll have to strike them off the list and go through withdrawal cold turkey. I knew they tasted too good to make it onto my list
I really want to have another go at growing chilli's this year. Last year was a mixed result but I didn't get chance to experiment with bringing out the flavours with oils / alcohol.
