Hi Dove, glad you also said roast pork, it made me wonder if it was from farm shop and that reminded me that mine is from the freezer, and I've just checked and it's not defrosting enough in the fridge, so by default you've saved our meal image

Hope it is work getting in the way of gardening for Stacey, I've been expecting to see  her when chillies have been mentioned.

Morning all. Damp here so the weed n feed is getting watered in.

Been watching the 'Bee' programme - anyone else watching it?BBC4 - I think it's tonight. Very good.

Aaah doc- not quite the same being woken up by noises when you're back home is it.  image

I've just managed to spill half a mug of tea over everything, cleaned it up and then did it again image

MrsG - nice pot. You can seal the hole up if you want a water feature. How about something simple so that it doesn't detract from the pot. Not that I've got any real suggestions of course image

Great pot - whos ever it isimage

Just waved off littlest chicklet with a rucksack that weighs a tonimage.  Surgically removed her phone too - the most testing part of the challenge.image.

More tea required and then the garden beckons.  Pulled up 200 oak saplings from my flower beds yesterday (i counted - it was therapeutic) - about 1000 left to go. Hate acornsimage

Sorry MrsG - that's what happens when I don't get my cuppa image

Nothing to do with my lack of brain of course image

Lily - how about a hosta - with the pot sat up on something behind  low evergreen planting in a prominent place to show it off. The brass will keep the slugs and and snails away. image

I'm guessing - soon  other half - to - be.

    Do I win a prize?
