    Good morning allimage

The lighter mornings suit me tooimage.  It's horrible taking the dog out on dark, wet and windy mornings.  Not that it is today, but it will be soonimage.

After a late night I was woken up early by shrieking starlings and when I looked out there was a cat on the roof having a swipe at every starling that emerged from a gap in the facsia boards.  It was a bit to far away to catch any though.  That gap will have to be sortedimage.

Enjoy your walks Fairy and KEF and enjoy your run DDimage

There too many to name, but hi to you all. Flowers, I wish i could give you some the heat. I hate it - am not looking forward to summer.  It feels strange to say that I'm in bed and not going to be reading for long by the way I feel. And here you all are at 9 o'clock n the morning just getting started on your Sunday.

Ill do a read in my morning and see what you have been up to.image

Pat, I'll have your heat and you can have our cold.

You'll never hear me say " it's too hot"

I'm hoping The Ortho guy will have concrete news on Thursday when I see him, then we can book a holiday for some winter sun.

    Night night Patimage.

Jo, yes it was a good night though a bit noisy for my advancing yearsimage.  No I did not have to be carried backimage.  They pushed me up the hillimage.

Hope the weather stays nice for your gardening exploits today flowers so you can sleep better tonight.

Lyn I've still got bulbs to put in too - maybe later.  I've done the mini daffs but have to choose a less windy spot for the taller ones.  That will be inside thenimage.  My cold frame opening mechanism has buckled in the wind so I'll have to find a sturdier option.

morning all [ just ], but I have been up for hours, honest.

Heavy frost last night, but now quite sunny, still a 2 jumper day. I didn't used to mind the cold, but now I am like Hosta and looking forward to my winter sun..

Trying to motivate myself to do a bit of clearing, but so far got no further than opening the greenhouse.

Looking forward to the rugby, followed by a steak and kidney pie, with a butch bottle of red.

    Have a good day all
