  • Lovely sunshine here since 11ish. Still glorious out there, the washing drying in the light breeze.

On my way Lillyp, cuppa and slice of cake too, if that's not too cheeky image

    Sunny and breezy here.

Juiced several pounds of (mostly James Grieve, some Holstein & Crispin windfalls) apples this morning and then harvested some more (Holstein, just ripe) to make a tarte aux pommes for a bring & share lunch on Sunday. (Out-of-date flour from Foodbank this afternoon as well - does that count as LOAF?

Now off for a brew and something brown and sticky image

Bet they charge at Shugborough.  We're having a day on Saturday in a local grocer (yes, we have a local grocer!) where people can come and get theirs done.  I don't think there's a charge....  (but I'm going to help anyway).

Verdun, just socks is not cool you know, I can't think of anything worse than a man in just his socks, especially black ones.

yes I did get the washing in almost dry, then the rain stopped and was sunny again. The rabbit came in soaked through, I forgot she was out!
