Morning all, the floods look terrible do we have any Forkers in that area?  They probably wont be able to get on line if devices have run out of battery power as there are so many areas without electricity.  Hope everyone is safe.

Yvie - I think we decided last night that Bushman may be in a vulnerable area.

Hope you're not in any difficulties this time GWRS.

Waiting for a big WR delivery of bulky items needed over the next few weeks (cat food, loo rolls, cleaning stuff - oh and lots of tonic water - bottles of gin bought in a deal last week image )

More h/wrk today but the end is in sight. Will drag the decorations out of the loft tomorrow and put them up sometime this week. Won't take long - we are rather minimalist compared to many but I do like fresh greenery, lots of candles & a few fairy lights image

Morning all - it is, just about, still morning isn't it? image

Just walking locally today in a little while as the rain and wind have finally given up, and we even have a little sun and blue sky .The birds look a bit happier about it too image

T'bird - I think B'man is possibly high enough to escape flooding, but he may have no power. So many homes without it, and around 600 people evacuated. Still red alert warnings for the areas flooded yesterday, plus Perth and Stirling. The River Tay often gets very high ( runs right through beautiful Perth) and it looks likely to burst it's banks. They had horrendous flooding many years ago but this looks like the worst they've had in over a decade. image

    Morning all.

    Right, pay back time.

My shape throwing the other night has taken its toll. Tubbigrip back on. Major amounts of pain and hubby has just organised wheelchair assistance for the airport.image

A bit hazy over the last two days but to-day , our last, seems better.

Keep warm and dry one and all.

Afternoon all. I've just googled your flood situation - sounds bad. Hope all of you are OK. We've had a visitor tonight, so no posting until now and it's already bed time.

    Catch you tomorrow.image
