  • Hey GG, Woolston as well as Sholing? Are you taking over the whole of the Southern region? Every rail franchise should include an obligation to plant up every station, don't you think?

  • Nite nite everyone, hope you all had a good day. Especially fairy and chicky. image

    Good morning all image

Jolly wet underfoot out there, but not raining now.  Hedgehogs have been out and emptied their dishes after missing a couple of nights.

Work again today, then a meeting this evening - also must give our heating chap a ring, think a couple of radiator thermostats are sticking.

    Onwards and upwards!

Morning all - at least that's what the clock says - view out the window begs to differ!  Owls had a noisy night here.  Nice to hear them, but not so much at 4amimage.

  • Morning all.... Chicky my owls were in fine voice last night as well ( when I say my owls I don't have pet ones!) I love hearing them would love to know which ones they are ..... I'm ok with birdsong but I'm afraid ( and I'm not owlist) one twit twoo sounds the same as the next to me... taliking about birds I also note with some annoyance that the ring necked ( oh I would love to) parakeets ( spelling?) have also moved In... Now for a short period they are pretty but they are v aggressive to native species and omg noisy shrill and now to be honest not that nice... I'm hoping that the red kite that has also moved in finds them a tasty snack!!! We are getting electrics to the garden room this weekend which I'm v excited about it means we can get a heater in there and start using it again... It also means I'm one step closer to planting hurrah! Just the patio to put round it and in spring I can plant my seedlings and plants ( including my majestic wild swan hurrah) my foxglove seeds from the seed swap are doing great but I have to say don't see much sign of anything else apart from weeds growing ATM!!! I'm gearing up for the big mulch lol .... Right I need coffee now layers peeps have a good day
