  • Party is on Saturday after they go back to school but he is a bit put out he has to wait a week. I just know that if we had sent the invitations 8 weeks ago when they broke up half the people would have forgotton and not come today. Was the same in England too. Least he isn't the youngest in the class here as he was in England. image

Hope the horse is being well looked after and well done for yesterday, great result. image

Late on board this morning 'cos I couldn't sleep - brain kept going round and round about finding paperwork I'm going to need re Aged Ps etc next week - got to sleep around 2.30 ish - when I got up this morning the first thing I did was go to the study and look for said paperwork - it was all exactly where it was supposed to be image  Now it's all in a bag to take when bro and I get together image

Windscreen man just phoned - he'll be here to replace windscreen in 10 minutes.  He says he doesn't need a coffee image

Lesley. I'm feeling much, much better thank you. Been busy today, mostly in the kitchen. Lifted some lovely white young turnips in the garden, so they'll be included in the dinner which Hubby is playing around with.  I'm having a well earned sit down. image

  • Lesley, bird feeder was made by a local craftsman, so much better than the standard cheapo ones. Pole is 20mm powder coated solid steel!
