Quick check in. We have eaten dinner and the girls are relaxing.
Chatsworth was not surprisingly a nightmare. We go fairly frequently, as it is only about 10 miles away, and today was the busiest I have seen it, but MIL insisted.
You lot look as though you have been busy, wacky baccy perhaps.
Anyway I need another bottle of wine.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
I seem to have missed a lot of fun chat this evening. BBQ went well. 31 came, had good helpers. They all ate 18 large marinaded chicken breasts (which I'd divided into 2 or 3 pieces), 48 sausages and 18 burgers, loads of salad, lots of cheese, 5 baguettes and 5 puds each of which was enough for 8 people (or so I thought)! I'd bought 3 x 3L of red, white and rosé, almost all drunk. Wonder who drove home!
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Wow BusyL! a hungry bunch! Hope you raised a good amount and hope you have help with the clearing up!
Beautiful picture Fairy! Gorgeous scenary, bet the fresh air would cure a hangover!
Sitting down 2 a movie with a stuffed belly of roast garlic chicken and potato and leek bake.....probably snoozing twenty mins into the film! night folks!

. Am very happy for her, but might have a little sob in private
A little sob is perfectly acceptable
Cake may be required as well to ease the pain
