Don't know where my day has gone either, although a lot of has been spent going backwards and forwards between the washing machine ad the washing line.
Btw Dove, had a lovely helpful reply from Classic roses and have ordered the boule de neige for winter delivery. Thank you for help. Should put that on the other thread really but must get the last load of washing out for now.

home early for once - time to fill up the bird feeders and pick some sweetpeas before Pilates. Love my bike at the moment - used my top gears for the first time this weekend (after Mr Chicky haranguing me) - amazed me the speed you can go with very little effort. As for the low gears, I use them at the slightest hint of an incline, coz I am a wuss
I'm just not sure how you're supposed to change gear - I've got one thingy on my left handlebar and one on the right.
I'm used to having one little thingy and having to pedal backwards as you change gear. My last bike was probably made about the same time as my children were

Nope, the only way I've ever been up that sort of incline has been in a car or on horseback.
