Weeds are flowers, too, once you get to know them.” A A Milne
Hi everyone. I'm taking the time now to read the posts and to write back since I am now in bed at10.45pm and at last in a position to be using the iPad without feeling rude. While it's really nice to see our friends again, it's also a bit restricting. The continual need to ask if anyone wants drinks or food instead of plonking whatever down in front of Hubby, is a bit of a strain. I've not been able to do much outside either. Never mind, we'll be back to our usual routine again on Thursday, I think.
i can't remember who was writing about a new series of Lewis, but thought about it as we saw Kevin Whately on who do you think you are tonight. interesting ancestors!
Have run out of energy and enthusiasm now, so will say goodnight. Hope all are well.
doc- they're about to discuss on Jeremy Vine about how to drive in fog....what is the matter with these people! It's common sense
Ooh Steve Harley T'bird - I was such a fan in my yoof - seen him loads of times
LP- you could just sit outside instead of using a cold pack... hope it eases soon.
It is lovely Lesley - not many of the big hills round there still to do. The 'Queen of Hills' - Ben Lui is among them. It would have been fantastic yesterday, and the snow that fell last week had disappeared.
Hosta - buttocks - I'm saying nowt
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Looked at all the bulbs that needed planting and decided that the dafs. which should be in, were too much effort, as I would have to dig holes, so I planted the tulips, which could wait for ages yet, into pots.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Fg you were in a part of the world i know quite well i see. The hotel at Bridge of Orchy has changed a bit these last few years as has tyndrum must be the gold rush

The Bridge of Orchy hotel is rather lovely B'man!
It might have been me talking about Lewis, Pat. When I'm not slightly in love with Graham Norton
, it's Lawrence Fox.
I agree you about visitors too...
