Your poor Hubby Hosta! That's horrendous! they don't deserve lovely relatives like you! Cut them off, amputate them from your lives! I'm sure you managed soothing kind words to ease, you lovely fella! Big hugs to you both! Hope tomorrow is a better day for you! Nitey nite
Hosta and Hub ((lotsofhugs)) miserable monsters!!! No wonder they need someone to do their garden for them, they're obviously not gardeners, gardeners wouldn't treat someone like that Tell Hub to ignore them - lots of females on here, we'll all be his sister for him and you can both come to all our parties - we're nice but we will all expect fraternal help with our gardens - is that a deal???
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Feeling very sad for Mr Hosta. Sending ((hugs)), and hope it gets resolved soon. Families can easily take you for granted - you'd not have any friends left to invite to a surprise party if you treated them all like that.
Glad you had a good time at MiLs Dove - did niece accompany you back? Thanks for your advice on the knapweed - a purchase has been made (It was the "thrives on neglect" bit that clinched it).
our lovely NDN (she of the watering the plants superbly fame) is a teacher at that school Hosta.
On a keep fit kick - have cycled 65 miles since Saturday ......and all after work/gardening/taxi duties in the day. Feeling a bit creaky now
Chicky - no adolescent niece with us this time - she prefers to spend her time with her friends rather than uncle and aunt - don't think we're much fun at the moment - we were great fun last year - she loved helping in the garden, picking the raspberries, feeding the hedghogs and counting the frogs - that phase has passed ............
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Hugs for Hosta and OH. I know his pain I watched that teaching programme last night and was equally shocked and horrified by the Chinese methods as the behaviour of UK students: the irony of that young girl saying the Chinese teacher had been rude when her own behaviour was equally rude.
Verdun, you should be on the national open gardens scheme
Relaxing day today, with some practice driving later.

Do you recommend the school programme?
Sending hugs Hosta. Hope your OH can be strong and walk away. Best wishes x

Morning all.
Sunny here, but rain forecast for later.
Hosta, I'll be his sister, always wanted a big brother!
and i'll help in your beautiful garden.
Need to get a few bits from SM, so will go soon and hopefully get out in the garden before it rains.
Have a good day everyone.
See you later peeps x
Hosta, the pain family cause is the hardest, after all they are your blood and it's hard to believe they can hurt you. Try to walk away.
the forecast is dreadful for today but the sun is shining at the moment!
must try and pick the red currants today and get more wood down
