My neighbour has a few problems - foxes and wedge tailed Eagles  (they are huge) and they pounce when mum is busy producing number two or three.

    Good morning all image

Dry here with some blue patches (so far, but I have heard the forecast ... image)

Think a bit of wandering around and dead-heading will be done if possible this morning, then if the forecast is right the day will consist of roasting a chicken and a butternut squash, and knitting on the sofa in front of a film or I might even watch the F1 if there's no athletics on ...

Hope everyone has a good day image

    Morning all.

Friends coming to lunch today. We were going to eat salad in the garden, but now the forecast says rain. I have wanted rain for weeks, but not today!

Morning all. Rain isn't arriving till later so it looks quite nice at the moment.

If the new grass in the back garden dries out well enough I might give it it's first trim - I'll be glad to get  the netting off image

Lovely to have that so close by Jo image

Ham hock sounds good to me Dove, love it for soup - keep some for me... image

BL  - typical. All that dry weather you've had....image

Feet are a bit sore today but I don't mind. I'll get on with some other jobs and footle around on here as well image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Stunning morning here but one of the few remaining old beech trees has a limb almost on the ground, no sign of a break. Must have been verrrrrry wet! Hope it dries off. We have lost enough at the  front

Fairy glad you had a good day.  Sound as if we might be the only dry forkers this morning.

Lizzie we too have friends coming for lunch but it is mainly a Doggie play date here so hoping it stays dry at least till lunchtime.

    Have fun everyoneimage
