Dd ((hugs))  It'll be fine image  I'm sure they don't expect perfection (even if you do) the first time - how would they see all the improvements in the following years? image

DD I'm sure it will be fine. I seem to remember BL having the same sort of panic and it was fine , as I am sure your will be as well image

Have potted up odds and ends - need an extra decorative pot though - Wilkinson trip tomorrow I think, won't be brilliant but will be cheap!

Elderflower cordial in Pimms - that sounds like an excellent idea (lemonade too sweet for me - usually use dry ginger) - will have to give it a try this weekend - and butterscotch ice cream with clotted cream on top - what's not to like?? I want my dinner......

DD - we have seen pictures of your garden - it is beautiful. It will be beautiful even if you don't dig out every last weed & deadhead all the roses. Mown and edged lawns disguise a multitude of 'sins'. Giving everyone a glass of wine to take the edge off helps too... Hope you are able to enjoy the day.

DD, have replied to your email.

Been tired this afternoon, watched Escape to the Country (Suffolk, going to Suffolk in July) and fell asleep. Meant to do weeding in veggie garden when we got back from shopping. Also meant to take lawnmower to be repaired as it won't start, the one OH uses for banks and fiddly bits. Have to wait til tomorrow.

On previous page I said DD's garden is open on the 29th, but it's Sunday 28th.

Just popped in to say Hi, on Nanna Duty for a couple of days so no gardening, think I might have to check out some plant supports rose Munstead Wood is needing a bit of help.

Finland looked Fab loved the photo of the lake, Norway is on my list of places to visit.  I love the excitement and bustle of NY and New Yorkers are so friendly and helpful when you get chatting to them.

Good Luck with garden DD I'm sure It'll be alright on the Night as they say.
