Very pleased with it SGL not a huge change in colour, but a couple of shades lighter and fresher, a light cream (Soft Linen) which looks great with the parquet floor and light oak furniture - today is the first morning we've had SUNSHINE through the dining room windows since it was done, and with a jug of daffs on the table it looks a picture
The hallway and landing are the same cream and the bathroom is a blue/grey and the kitchen will be the same blue/grey too - they're coming back to do the kitchen later - we needed a break and they had an urgent job to do for an elderly lady coming home from hospital and needing a downstairs bathroom.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
All sounds lovely Dove. Bet your glad of the break in one way, but wanting to have it all finished too.
Lucky you to have the sun streaming through your windows.......send some my way.......its pouring again. The jug of daffs sound lovely too, nothing like fresh flowers indoors. Have a lovely day.
Beaus no he didn't take the dog but looks as though I've had the lovely weather this morning and he will take his chances later on. I really enjoyed the walk and saw three deer who just stood and watched us until they felt we were close enough before jumping the fence and crossing the rail line.
Me and thee could have a falling out KEF. When you mentioned Malteesers it reminded me that there are still two boxes left from Christmas. Now I just can't get them out of my mind. I'll share with you Lily so I don't eat them all
Your new decor sounds lovely Dove and so does your dinner
Too early to be thinking about chocolate (although I am a big fan of those Malteaster bunnies....and their limited availability means that it is ok to have one or two when they are available.....who knows when the chance will come round again)
Great to hear Beau survived the move, and is happily settled in. Always get the roses sorted before you start on soft furnishings, thats my motto.
and pleased that Doves house is now getting ship shape and looks the bizz ( is the kitchen going to be dove grey by any chance??)
got my Dad staying this weekend and he wants to go to the GC to spend a token he was given .....happy to oblige . OH planted the amanagowa cherry trees yesterday - they look like twigs, so hopefully all the muck we dug in with them will get them flourishing soon.

Afternoon Forkers
Lazy Sunday in the Panda household. Did pop outside this morning and found this blooming
Hope it brings a cheery smile to your faces as it did to mine
