Well done Gg. Apart from the hard work you've got some great, healthy looking plants. Surely that Dalek is inside-out. How will the grass compost?. I thought Fairy was up a mountain somewhere. Good spot though.
Came back early from walk - weather c***. The mountain will still be there next week. Got some nice pix on the way up the glen - liked this one best....
Nice picky chicky. Hey - that rhymed - even Verd can't do that
fidget - ouch
I watched the tennis while you were all grafting in your gardens. I shouted at the tv a bit....
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
We've just eaten supper out on the terrace for the first time this year - the robin was tucking into his supper too. He only had mealworms, but we had Greek-style lamb steaks with ratatouille and tzatziki and a bottle of very good French rosé - now OH washed up while I recovered and now I can hear him winding the hose back up - I had the sprinkler on the runner beans for about half an hour earlier ...
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I am certainly shattered Jo Had a fab day, weather has been amazing We took in 13 of the 22 gardens Bought a couple of plants The gardens were raising money for a local hospice so we had to tuck into a burger, Pimms, cake and coffee/tea (not all at the same garden!) Well, it would have been rude not to The gardens varied from ones that were massive to smaller, intimate ones. Pretty much forgot I was to take pics, so very sorry My fave was one which had a lovely old house, half the garden was trad with lawns and beds, and the other half was proper woodland, with a campfire circle (fire pit) and an amazing tree fort, complete with zip line it was right up my street
Not many roses out yet at David Austin, the best show was from rose Olivia Rose a real beauty with a georgeous scent. My friend bought me a belated 40th Anniversary present, not a rose, but a clematis called Picardy. It's a patio variety that only grows 3-4ft and is a beautiful ruby colour. We have decided to go back in about a month when the display should be at it's best.
Came back and drank wine in the garden, perfect end to a perfect day.
Evening guys spent all day in the garden and only realised I hadn't organised dinner till second g&t does toad in the hole class as Sunday roast
Hope the weather improves for you fairy so won't mention ours only two weeks till midsummers day.
Haven't seen our robin for a week now when he tried to come indoors, perhaps he has a better feeding station we are too far away for it to be yours dove

A rare visit from me so hope you are all well
Went on an Open Farm Sunday (Google it) visit to Our Cow Molly Farm. Then a reasonable bike ride and back to the garden.

Sounds like everyone has had a busy day.

Toad in the hole sounds good pr.cottage - I had a banana and a cup of tea for dinner. Don't think that's a Sunday roast in any culture....
I picked the wrong hill to go to today - should have gone east...
You had a long day Panda - but you obviously had a great time

Ooh Jo - a zip-line could take you right through the back bedroom window. Yey, no keys
.
It was a bit blustery again Fairy. Not a good time for heights. Good luck for next week..
