As soon as I typed that OH was an hour late I heard his key in the door image   Now he's full of beef stew and dumplings and I've done the washing up even tho it was his turn - he's on the sofa with a glass of wine and an edition of 1982 TOTP on the telly.

  • Whoohoo Verdun! I'm glad she's more alert- I don't know if you like the idea, but if she needs calories, stir a choccy finger in some tea or coffee and let her suck the chocolate off the finger. I used to do that a lot with the oldies in my home image

And strong winds, YS? Oh no- I better check if my balcony will be alright!

  • Pauline, the numbers are on the back of a well known newspaper, think its like a lottery number.

Good news about your mum Verdun, best wishes and hugs.

Alan, hope your dil isn't in labour for much longer....ouch image

Congratulations Alan! Big baby for a first one. Well done his Mummy.

Watched programme about puppies. Better results than yesterday, quite moving seeing how much the disabled girl improved in her own mobility through the training of her dog and how well the dog was doing.

Allium2 sure they will unless there is a big rush on, oh there were some smaller packs as well, mind the plants most of them have 50% off they may have tendency to jump into your trolley

Does sound windy and wet outside and I still have the plastic gh up need to get it away
