Strong blustery winds here but the rain has stopped and we have blue skies and white fluffies - OH has gone down to the village on his bike ............
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Don't worry about me BM. Still pretty windy here but I've sent OH out with the dog. Well he was still in bed when I went out this morning. He asked what got me up so early and I said the wind. He said he hadn't heard a thing. I told him he's going deaf. It was exactly like an express train Matty
Getting a bit windy here now, have raked up all the leaves but you would never know - shouldn't have bothered.
Hope all OK up north there, looks very blowy.
Done some weeding but spent most of the day mulling over a bare patch - might have to get some seed catalogues out for my new (yet to be decided upon) plan. Thinking white or blue or cream & purple, decisions, decisions, never think this hard about what I am going to wear.

Viewed a house for daughter, quite good size, not too much to do, not in right town but it's a case of what they can afford. Bit quirky (like daughter) and tricky to find (ie no road), they have made an offer, now the stress begins!!!!!!
Strange garden layout but future possiblity to sell off some land .
I just wear the nearest gardening clothes - never think about them!!
Hope you're having a lovely day chicky - you don't look a day over 49...
Forgot about mine last week but I still wasn't feeling great at that point
Think we've got off lightly here re the stormy weather. No damage anyway - so far. It hasn't been any worse than a lot of autumn/winter days are. Cold though - hasn't been above about 8 degrees all day and was near zero late last night.
Off for a look round and a catch up.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Keep safe everyone! Those gusts were insistent that I really wanted to drift across the road. What a battle home from work (ironically it was my day off today - but still ended up in work).
