Good morning Winter and all to comeimage.  Are you working today or just up early worrying about your pergola?

Glad Pa was settled when you went to see him Dove and that Ma was sitting with himimage,

David I've been to Bridgemere many times and have bought Christmas decorations, clothes, hobby craft stuff, the dogs lead and clothes.  Hardly any plants thoughimage.  It's more of a shopping and eating destination since it changed to Wyvale.  The soup and the carrot cake are good thoughimage

    Very frosty out this morning.

Flynn never fails to wake us at 4.50am no matter what time it's his last walk but we are early risers anyhow image

And I'm raring to get stuff done. Got to build another raised hosta bed, fill it with soil, 15 bags of bark to put down and a one ton bag of stone for the paths. We only needed half at most but I guess at least we won't be short image

I still can't believe I didn't buy any new plants yesterday, might walk to the big GC today image

Good morning all image  Sharp frost out there this morning - now with bright blue sky and sunshine.

I have to restore order to the house today, post decorating - but there may be some time to do a bit of garden tidying .... image

Morning all. Puppy had his first BAD night last night. I'm not sure if it is because His Lordship isn't here as he hasn't been searching for him during the day, whether it was because he was frontlined yesterday, or what...

Suffering the lack of sleep headache now though and waiting for my mug of tea to kick in before we go for a walk. Its frosty but gloriously sunny outside: the mischief I could get up too in the garden if I weren't going to be sat on front desk at work. I might even finalise plans on how things are going to be laid out!

  • Morning all beautiful sunny morning no frost, not a a lot of time in the garden todayimage

have to take the wife to physiotherapy that's the morning gone may get to the GC on way back but will depend on how tired she is.

Then I'm of to the vets for my 6 monthly MOT

Might get a chance to transplant some seedlings late in the day

If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.

    Morning all.

Going to a meeting this afternoon for people opening their gardens under the new French open gardens scheme for children with cancer. http://www.opengardens.eu/

    Lovely day again.

Wintersong, how big is your garden? You've done a lot in it and still have more plans. The photos I've seen are very pretty.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
