Well, good morning all Slightly warmer overnight - only down to 6.1C - now up to 8ish and damp out there. The heating has come on as we had it on last evening, and I'm too comfy to get up and turn it off. I'll turn it down when I get my coffee refill

Morning Dove. Did you know there is now a gizmo you can get that lets you turn your heating on and off remotely from an app on your phone? Gives you the ability to do it from anywhere in the world. Research has shown that the most common place people use it from is their bed. Perhaps not quite what the inventor had in mind
The last place I want my mobile phone is in my bedroom. It stays downstairs unless a vulnerable member of my family is ill or flying halfway round the world.

Morning all. Very foggy and cold here. Just been out to feed the birds and the thermometer says 2 degrees. Wondered why there was so much condensation on the windows! Just as well I had the heating timed to go on for an hour
Hope all those with ailments are feeling a bit better today. Think I'll double up on gloves when I do my oven Lesley
Off to work shortly so will catch up later.

As Fairy said it's really cold this morning and there was a touch of frost in the hollow outside the garden. Back to hat and gloves for dog walking But it's dry and after SM I hope to get a few bulbs planted at last.
Think I'm due a GC visit soon Yvie to look at the pretties and the Ch*******s lights. Just love it.

Good morning, looking brighter here today, going to try and get some of the serious digging done whilst ground is nice and wet.
The outings next summer sound very exciting, might have to tie in with a trip to the UK.
