hugs to Dove and the other sufferers.

I can now slowly manage stairs without crutches. Maybe the knee is getting better after all.

  • Thanks Hostafan - hugs for you too image  that's good news, but take it steady with that knee image

Hoping I don't catch anything as I've got to go out tonight with damp hair, thanks to my hair dryer blowing up image image

Well, the washing machine man turned up eventually, and could not fix it. What a wasted day, can't go into garden, when expecting people, as the house is hard to find, and there is no mobile reception in the garden.

Still waiting for car to arrive at the garage, so I can test drive it.

Get better soon to all the afflicted.

  • I'm a very happy lass tonight, on two counts.   First, the Proteas triumphed over the West Indies in the Cricket World cup by 257 runs . . . . good man, A B de Villiers!   And also, my crocuses triumphed over the little sunshine we have had.

     Just beautiful.

    Hello

Now managing about half hour gardening a day. Doesn't sound long but with careful planning before I go out there can do quite a bit. can't manage clematis sorting though as that requires stretching up.

Hospital today was good, don't need to see consultant for 3 weeks but still need to see Specialist nurse twice a week for dressing change. Physically am feeling much better, still getting down times though'

see everyone is very chatty, lurgies seem to be improving. and pets (cats and dogs) are providing entertainment with walking, not going out and just generally being....... well........ animals image
