Got out on a bike ride before it got dark - 20 miles burnt a few calories.
Thanks fro asking - much more like me today - have done quite a bit in garden. Then stopped as don't want to aggravate the good that is happening. Don't want to be like that again

Spent 2 hours ironing this afternoon, but watched Escape to the Country while I did it. Watched some of Countryfile while we ate in the sitting room, then Strictly, Antiques, and Downton. Feel quite muzzy, hope eyes don't go square. Haven't watched much TV during the summer.

Well that autumn button has been well and truly pushed! Looks like even if I can decide what to plant in the bed next to my strawberries it'll have to wait.
Lifted my wormery in preparation to move it to a frost free place - the bottom layer is looking very good and alive with baby worms! I can see the delight children get with worms now!
