Good morning Bekkie and morning to everyone who are yet to appearimage

A very early start for you but I'm sure the house smells lovely (would to me) with the smell of chicken cooking.  With the oven on the house warms up quickly as wellimage.

I didn't mention the runner beans to my Dad once while I was there last time in case it reminds himimage

SM today so I can start filling the freezer again with stuff to leave here and some to take with me.  Lots of little seedlings to prick out too.  I noticed Aldi have windowsill propagators in today and other gardening bits and pieces so I'll have to pop in there too.

DD I've not had the Lidl plants but many from Aldi and have been very pleased with them.  In fact a couple of roses have been better than those I've paid five times as much for elsewhere.

Hope you did manage to get some sleep eventually Yvie.  Take it easy today.

Sorry the grandchildren are poorly Lizzie and hope they feel better soon.

I sympathise with the moulting lab  DD. Mine used to drive me crazy and was one reason I switched carpet for flooring years ago although I'm not posh enough for under floor heatingimage . One plus is to save all the fluff you get after grooming him and leave it for the birds to use in their nests.

Poor Yvie with irregular sleeping image but at least you got plants while you were upimage

Clari sounds like she had fun and nice to hear from BL. Bekkie  that cherry tree sounds a nuisance and I should know, I had to pay a man to chop ours down since it was only a baby at roof height but just too big for situation. I now know better not to buy generic labelled trees from SMs!

Gym for definite today. Not sure for rest of day,  depends if I'm tiredimage

  • Morning all.

    Bit misty and drizzly here.

Hope you got to sleep Yvie.

Will get myself another cuppa and then get dressed.
