Morning all, Chucking it down here.  According to forecast we might get a gap around lunchtime before it starts again.  Although tomorrow is supposed to be dry so I might get out in the garden then.  Aches and pains  less today so by tomorrow should be OK.

Panda how do you cope with all those brownies running around they would drive me insane.

Lily don't blame you for taking a lazy day, it's well deserved.

Glad to hear  that lots of people are interested in the house BM.  Just be careful about the new one.  These major projects can take years to materialise and cause a lot of noise and mess.

Off to get a second cuppa.

Runner beans picked - enough for supper and a double portion to freeze as well - I've been very pleased with them - they're the white flowered Emergo, as recommended by Verdun.  Prolific long straight and tasty beans, not stringy at all and absolutely no pollination problems.  Still producing enough for a meal most days

I've also fixed a net over the pond to keep the leaves off.  Hopefully I've made it hedgehog and bird friendly and it will be closely monitored to make sure everyone is safe.

Now I'd better go to the farm shop, get a chicken to roast tomorrow and some mince for a cottage pie this evening - oh, need some potatoes too, and I'll pop into the GC and pick up some bird food.

Can I pick up anything for anyone?

    Morning all.

Dove, I will need more cat food soon, Apricot has been getting through it at a rate of knots!

Blue sky, but, for once, nothing much planned for today, some gardening no doubt. Could put the gravel around OH's shed, was planned for about 2 years ago but only collected the gravel this week! But OH and his choir are in a light hearted concert tonight so going to that. Will have to record "Strictly".
