Was that the tribute concert Dove? I recorded it, although I saw a little bit of it - and there's a Neil Young one on next week
I saw him 12 years ago - he was terrific. He's very funny - full of anecdotes - and still sounds exactly the same as he did when I first heard him - voice is still superb. Of course, I was only a child then, since I'm 27.....
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Mist is clearing here and it looks like another fine day - so I should get a 2nd coat of bitumen on the shed roof. It could end up looking quite smart!
Beaus Mum - crossing my fingers for you. Exciting times!
Chicky - hope your cold isn't too bad. Sorry for the germs... At least I haven't passed it on to OH,or my life wouldn't be worth living
There's currently a vacancy for a new robin in my garden. Haven't seen the old one since the babies fledged in late Spring. Should I advertise, do you think??
Enjoy your day, folks
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
He's brilliant isn't he? A one off, and greatly influenced by another guitarist I admire hugely - the late Bert Jansch. Lucky enough to have seen both of them
I've packed in quite a lot of concert going in 27 years....

Good morning Liri
Loved your story about your local tip from yesterday, I know it wasn't funny for you but it's the way you tell em!
Hope you get shed finished today
Maybe robin is waiting for you to finish shed and attach nice new nesting box for him
Oh Chicky hope you're well dosed up and feeling better today xx
Meant to say BM - the garden sounds beautiful at the 'new' house. Hope you get it
Of course, if your own house sells quickly, I'll be looking for my commission...
Thanks BM and Panda - I can safely say I will have a lovely time
Liri - don't be silly - robins can't read
...spiders can though
Would like to get my shed roof done today. Won't get anything done if I stay on here though. Just been giggling at the abbreviations thread.

Gosh Bekkie, sounds like you are making yourself a beautiful blank canvas, you won't need that spin class this week anyway!
