Hellooooooooo, where's the party gang, come on....I've been stuck in the M5 all day and we aren't even partying yet
Ok, before I start on the rum, here is my take on the situation for DK......I have 2 hounds that I absolutely adore and love to bits, but there is no way, absolutely no way they would be allowed to sleep in my bed, they sleep in the kitchen. Even if they did sleep in my bed I would never expect to be a guest in someone's house and have them in the bed, that's just wrong (sorry). I would stand your ground, it's your home and I think they should respect that, you've offered an alternative. However, having said that, if the dog has never slept on it's own it may well not settle anywhere but the bed and you could be in for a very long night
Right, that's the serious stuff....LET'S PARTY, you joining us David? I'll just pop out and bring in my supplies x
Hmmm Supernoodle, I'm not sure....you'll need to bribe us with cake or alcohol or both
Right, lads and ladies.....here we go
Bekkie and BM, did I read that you are bringing your woofs because if you are I might nip home and get my little girly beagle, she'll be good I promise
My dog occassionally gets on the bed- not in, im also a little O.C.D and wash even the duvets if he has been up and scrub the floors every day, anything used for the dog is washed seperately and on a high temp including his dishes etc. Hmmm, i wonder why my hands bleed!

Dove, you understand me so well. I do love working dogs, they know their place and would I sound silly if I said I would welcome them into my home.
