Hello everyone image Well my lovely neighbour came round and asked me if I'd like a glass of red wine in the sun, so I thought why not....nothing else to do, so I sat there, with my foot on the footstool and a glass of red in the evening sun, lovely image

Had chicken stuffed with low fat mozzarella and sun dried toms wrapped in bacon, stir fry healthy veg and butternut squash for dinner and now sat with my foot up again, I could get used to this image

Thanks for the sock comment KEF, it's just a walking sock but I have been putting Tiger Balm on so it's to stop it going everywhere and keep my ankle warm until it wears off, now got ice on again.

Philippa, the same phobia for both, they are prehistoric urghhhhh image Couldn't bear to elaborate the first time as I didn't want to think about them too much!

  • Good news on ankle OL, but still need to cosset yourself. Good excuse if you ask me.

off to bed early as may get into garden tomorrow while temps still bearable. Going out at lunchtime to see "Monty Python" show at local cinema.... will either be side splitting or embarrassingly out of time. image will let you know....

My daughter is here with her OH and 2 children so I won't be posting much.

I like most of the things you've mentioned, including oysters and cheesecake (making one for tomorrow, yum). I hate heights and being shut in small spaces.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
