Evening all, cold but sunny here today, and colder still according to forecast. Had a lovely walk on the moors today, thought some sunlight would be good for blues.
Just making a ratatouille to go with some lamb chops.

I'm doing slow baked sticky gammon - involving pineapple juice, treacle, allspice, honey, ginger and sweet chilli sauce! Yum yum
Takes 4 hours to cook
