OL - it brings it all back!!! Grrrrrrr!!! ((hugs)) And that's only the stuff I knew about - son tells me he's quite ashamed now of the way he pulled the wool over my eyes - but we both survived
Woody! Gregory and Courtney???????? Now I really am
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Dove, he looks very impressive...quite regal looking.
Oh dear OL, hope he gets back soon, bit more than the naughty step. I can imagine another all nighter won't be happening any time soon. Hugs to you for not much sleep and a little too much wine.....am whispering......shhhh have a doze on sofa.
Woody - I always used to think Djokovic was small and was surprised he was the height he is. Federer always looks tall - think it's the way he plays - he's all Fred Astaire and Novak's like a little Jack Russell
Not had kippers for breakfast in ages...very tasty.
My sweet peas are nowhere near flowering yet, but I was late sowing them as the first lot suffered in the compost I used. They'll be good later in the year though. I can smell them from here chicky.
OL- I'm saying nothing. Have a Vallium sandwich and a lie down in a darkened room.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Lovely sweet peas Chicky. I love the way the smell drifts through the house.
Dove - my cat would have a darn good try though
OL - hope your son has made contact now?
Bekkie- thanks for the coffee . Needed that this morning. Planned my new border last night ( which hasnt eLangdon's? dug yet) and ordered some Iris from Cayeux. I am currently looking at some Hemerocalis ( inspired by Dove) and some Delphiniums. Has anyone had any experienc of odering through Blackmore and Langdons
Think fairy must have waved her wand.....the sun is trying to push its way through the cloud......hope it warms up, we're off to a bbq later......bang goes my diet, unless I stick to lettuce
More the weather for freshly picked salad though. Some wonderful Charlotte spuds in the last few days - more than I can eat so I've been giving them away. I don't suppose they'll store. Are they any good roasted I wonder?

No point dieting. Eat heathily and enjoy it
(says he who's just polished off bangers, bacon, beans, egg etc.)
Hot and sunny here - in fact I ought to be out enjoying it instead of sitting in this internet cafe.....
Looks like the aquiligia seeds are ready, so will get those in
He has been in touch......just. OH has just had words and yes he has told him he won't be staying out again!!!
