Three dives today. Flat calm sea and 29C. Lots of interesting critters to see. Tomorrow I will take the camera in, now that ive remembered how to dive. Another diver forgot his swimming trunks. He just has his pants on under the wetsuit. I seem only to have forgotten a spanner, but i borrowed one, so tomorrow should see lots of underwater filming.

BL - when do you think you might be in Suffolk? Perhaps we could make it a TWIGS outing as our intended visit to BC's in August had to be cancelled due to bad weather?

We haven't planned it yet, apart from July and Suffolk, maybe up to Diss as well, well, East Anglia. We'll have the car. But it would be lovely if it were a TWIGS outing.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Just what I need panda, quick growing but apparently will also have lovely peeling bark too. Btw - what silver birch did you get? (or was that Clarii?).

    bekkie - owwwwch!

Rb and bekkie you have confirmed what I always suspected - working in the house is more dangerous than the garden.  My hand is burning because I didn't realise there was a hole in my rubber glove when cleaning the oven.  Hope you didn't do too much damage to your foot bekkie.

Hope you managed to rescue your obelisk DDimage.  Enjoy your night out Pandaimage.

Have you made your final, final decision Mrs G?  I'm sure it will all look greatimage

Good that you've got your bulbs now Gg and all you have to decide is where to plant.  Voucher posted today so you'll have to find room for moreimage

Glad you've seen some nice places this afternoon Verdun - a big step in the right direction.
