Might be having chillie tonight if you keep mentioning it! We eat chillie at least once a week - its such an easy meal to cook especially with my intolerances and we always freeze the left overs for easy meals when we can't be bothered to fire up the oven (like tonight!)
We do put an unhealthy amount of cheese to melt on top of them though
Well I'm making a bolognese tonight and we are off down to a local-ish pub for the launch of a new beer made in a micro-brewery in Poulton, not a beer fan myself but I might have a sneaky grape juice
Bekkie make one without the quorn, lots of onions, garlic, toms, red beans, mushrooms and courgettes and it's nice if you also bulk it out with chickpeas. Make sure you have fried off all the water from the veggies if you are using a jar, or a watery mushy. I cook and add spices not a jar but I've done it for years so an easy meal for me to make. Chuck cheese on before serving I'm not one bit veggie but enjoy that version.
Hi everyone, what a lovely day, first my new Clematis from Taylors arrived its one of the boulevard collection only grows 4ft but flowers all season. Its called Parissiene (that cant be spelt right) and is a lovely blue colour. Sorry about the next bit Panda but whilst you were down the salt mine I visited a cottage garden at Stone near Kidderminster. It was amazing a real jumble of every plant imaginable threaded through a number of stone follys, many of the plants I had never seen before. Ive taken a few photos so might put them on the plant ID thread and see what you all make of them. Dont know if anyone else lives in the area, if so its well worth a visit.
