Managed to get back from my usual quick Saturday trip down to the local shop before the heavens opened - it is still pouring down and looks set in for the night. Well strictly speaking daughter ran me down to the shop as I just dont seem to have the energy to even drive the car these days. No idea what is wrong with me but it seems that I am unable to walk any distance or even complete an easy task without having to take a rest - even making a cuppa is proving exhausting, and it is getting worse, and more and more frustrating. Think I might pop down to see the Doc over the next week to see if they can shed any light on the matter.
My sincere best wishes to any of you suffering from illness, aches and pains and sleeping problems, look after yourselves.

Sorry to hear that @AnnaB. Seeing the GP is a very good idea, if only to eliminate some of the possibilities.Ā

Seems like a lot of us haven’t had a very good day, and the weather hasn’t helped. Been raining here all afternoon. Woke to an email from a dear friend who lives abroad, to say she has been in hospital all week. Don’t know why yet, no further replies, but her family have gone out to help. Spent the day worrying, and didn’t do much else apart from cooking dinner.

Ā Toning all. Ā Warm so far, but hopefully the prediction rain might cool it down a bit.Ā

Well, it was ā€œ morning ā€œ all, but it didn’t come out that way. It’s now 3 pm, and it’s been getting warmer each hour. Ā Where is that rain we were promised. Ā

    Morning all.

Don't worry, @AnnaB, good to get it off your chest. Must be so frustrating for you.

It has tipped with rain all night. At least the violas have been watered in but I hope they don't drown!

@Lizzie27, Peter Beales is only about 20 mins away. If it had been 100 miles I don't think I'd be doing the workshop! You were brave. I hope it doesn't rain too much. Think I'll put a spare mac in the car.
