Brr I’m cold this morning. Crazy weather. I never know which clothes to put on. Two days ago I was in singlet and shorts.  This morning I’m rugged up with long pants and cardigan. It’s probably going to rain I think.

Hello I am in A&E. Last night the usual tachycardia attack did not want to go away. Started at 10 and I decided to call an ambulance at 6. All is well really I am attached to a machine and feel totally fraudulent because of course the moment I arrive the palpitations stop. Tge ambulance insisted I had to come. Still I feel bad knowing how busy they are.

    Morning all and @coccinella

Stay where you are until they tell you otherwise!!  Have you got something to read or do?

    Morning and G’day all.

Oh no @coccinella - I’m glad things have settled, but that must have been unpleasant for you last night. I hope you can have the ‘check engine’ light reviewed and pass your MOT so can go home.

Freezing here so take care all those who have to venture out - no slipping or sliding please folks!

Good morning and gracious me @coccinella 😧🤗 ☕️ (no coffee for you tho!)  Glad they took you in and hopefully they can give you a good check over. Do as you’re told!
Freezing here too … take care everyone 🤗

Good morning everyone. Not a nice experience @coccinella but you must stay put until the powers that be tell you that it is safe to go home. Sending you my best wishes.

Your weather sounds as up and down as ours does these days @Pat E

Beautiful sunrise here this morning but still bitterly cold.

    Morning everybody,

Hope you feel better @coccinella and that they let you out soon.

It's freezing here, -3.7 last night when we went to bed but a slightly warmer -1.0 when we woke up. Earlier than usual as we were expecting the double glazing engineer to call to adjust our patio doors which had 'dropped'. Apparently he did arrive, rang the doorbell, tried to ring us, all to no avail, popped a card through the letterbox and left.
We then had to ring the company to get him to come back again which he has just done.
    He wasn't very happy!
We had to admit we'd never oiled the hinges and door locks in 16 years so now feeling very guilty. Have to do it at least twice a year so have put a note on the calendar.

Not sure what I'll do today, had a restless night so not feeling very energetic but might accompany OH on his usual walk to get some exercise if it warms up a little.

    Keep warm and safe folks.

Glad you are home safe and sound @coccinella.  I too take levothyroxine.  I once went on holiday to Spain without it but luckily the local pharmacist was able to contact my doctor to prescribe it there.  I asked my doctor what would happen if I didn't take it for a couple of weeks and she said I would just feel more and more lethargic and would not want to get up off the sofa eventually.  I sometimes feel like that anyway!

People are complaining about the cold - but I much prefer cold and bright to gloomy and wet.  Mind you - not in the middle of summer, like @Pat E!
