Morning, Dove. Thanks for starting off 2024 in the approved manner! Now I’m awake, a piece of stollen would go down nicely.Ā
    Happy New Year to all.

    Happy New Year all.

A very quiet day yesterday, still trying to get pain under control, maybe I will crack it today.

    Morning all. Happy New Year.

I heard lots of fireworks when I was in bed last night. It wasn't raining then but it is now. Doesn't look like a gardening day.

I hope you aren't in pain much longer @punkdoc. Does this hip hurt more than the other one did?

Good morning to all the Forkers out there! Ā Happy and peaceful 2024. Ā And yes @Dovefromabove I do hope that this year will be a bit more straight forward for you.

Ā  Lots of fireworks went off at midnight here but there was a mighty wind so we didn't go outside to see if we could see something. Ā Windy again today but the sky is sort of clearing a bit and the sun is peeping out.

Ā How is the hip pain @punkdoc ? Ā I can sympathise with you there! Ā Mine is manageable with anti-inflammatories and a pain killer at night, but I hobbled around the supermarket yesterday morning and by the evening, not so good!! Ā I had pain with my first hip operation, but the surgeon told me that I would - not the hip, mainly the surgery part - anything to do with sawing bones is bound to have after effects. Ā Do you have to wear those dreadful surgical stockings?

Ā Today is for the Claire's on this site:
Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Saint Clair porte quarantine. Ā This goes to mean that the weather you get today will continue for the next forty days. Ā Ah well, it is always windy here.

Ā Have a pleasant day folks.
