It was my post about the cactus where the spellcheck struck. I did edit it as I did notice it myself. Not sure what ... that's Β a woman from Asia .......means.πŸ€”πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

LB, you've had a busy day and what a good thing to get the old TV unit/stand away with the kind help from your neighbour. He's a star to take it to the tip for you too, along with some other stuff. Very nice of him.
I am signing out for now.Β

    Morning all,

Only a little Marti overnight and fine now. I've got a busy day ahead (once I get sent the work at an unspecified time!) with pressure to finish almost as soon as I get started. In the meantime, this morning I'm going to sneak out for 10-15 mins at a time to get started on the other apple tree hole. Don't tell anyone!

Morning LB, hope you have a nice day with Bestie. It looks Β a little windy outside here this morning but at least its dry. Will have a wander round the Β back garden in a while. I have to wait in for a delivery so OH is doing the weekly shop.

Good morning Biglad and Hazel. Well the forecasters didn't get it quite right as it is raining here - not too much but enough to make the day horrid. Good luck with getting your second apple tree in Biglad and I hope that you don't have to wait too long for the delivery.
Hazel, I forgot to ask but how did the radiator flushing go? Sorry if you have already told us and I missed it. I do know you were concerned because of the low temperatures then.

LB, rads flushing is set for tomorrow. Thankfully it isn't going be too cold ( as doors will be open) so will put an extra layer on.
Biglad, you Β weren't there when I posted, I wont tell anyone. πŸ™‚

    Morning all.

Daughter 2's house, near Libourne, is surrounded by flood water. Her NDN is flooded. Luckily the farmer who built D2's house in the late 40s worried about flooding after heavy rains in 1944 so he had it raised and there are steps up to it. Forecast says no rain for a few days, the ground in SW France is saturated. The river Dronne near my town has flooded. My house is OK, on a bit of a hill.

I'm looking forward to the opera aria and dinner evening and wearing my evening dress and faux fur jacket. No high heels nowadays.

Good morning everyone .I bought two small Β Christmas trees .Artificial because my cats love climbing real ones .They are very pretty but I miss the smell of real ones .I have put one up . The other goes up today.I am waiting for my bare root rose . I want to plant it before the ground gets too hard .Whatever you are doing today enjoy .
