Glad you have it sorted @Hostafan1 apparently it's all to do with security and border controls. Enjoy the rest of your holiday.   B)

lovely dress, BL. I wouldn't have anywhere to wear it but hopefully you have some gorgeous place to go in it  :)

Hope everyone is OK, bearing the cold. (except Hosta, who seems to be somewhere warm)

If someone could tell me what a Freddo is, that would be appreciated.

We were away last weekend, travelling in the north of the UK to visit friends and family and drop off Christmas presents. Had some lovely meals and stayed in some really nice hotels, dogs in tow (well behaved, for a wonder).

Putting up some Christmas decs this weekend, as the weather has turned decidedly festive - no snow but very heavy hoar frost

Aagh, @Hostafan1! Glad you got through to EasyJet, and have put your mind at rest. Make the most of the sun, it’s b****y freezing here!

Feeling much cheered! I phoned the friend I hadn’t heard from last year, she is alive, and relatively well, very relieved to catch up with her again.

    Evening everyone.

    Baltic here.

@raisingirl - a Freddo is a little chocolate bar in the shape of a frog 🐸
They used to be 10p but are at least 25p now, for two bites of choc! We used to have them in the work canteen so we would buy some on Fridays for ‘Freddo Friday’!

That seems extortionate @Hostafan1, I presume they've shopped around?

Our temps seem to be going slightly up not down @AuntyRach, which is odd. Never had a Freddo!

Glad your friend is okay @didyw

I guess she's being added to the same policy as her OH, so I don't suppose they had much choice

Morning everyone. Nothing new happening here. Mild so far, but expecting the temps to increase as the week progresses.😒
