Morning, rotten nights sleep too SGL. Too cold overnight to get off bed though.Bitterly cold this morning too.
Ante, what a shame the sister has returned, but never mind, the current accommodation will suit okay with that lovely view. Enjoy todays' Β itinerary Β ,it sounds pretty wonderful to me.
Beautiful squirrel SGL, I've never seen a white one before. He looks cute.Β
  • Yes @Ladybird4 they call him Snowball 🀣
Sorry you had a bad night's sleep too @Songbird-2 hope you can have a relaxing day.
@Rubee hope you can have a restful day. Take care.
  • @rowlandscastle444 I can understand you wanting to move the shelf under the mirror. It would get in the way if you wanted to sit that side of the table. It looks like you could hang something off the rail too.Β  Would look nice in my cloakroom πŸ˜‰πŸ€£Β

Rather predictably, I'll be working until after dark so no gardening today :(Β Β

Just finished the last of my gardening tasks for today. These are jobs that have been screaming at me to be done but Marti got in the way. Green bin - emptied yesterday - is full to overflowing and I'm really happy. I got the polystyrene outdoor tap cover out of the garage and got in in place just in case the forecasted frost shows up. I'm going to leave it on there until next year now.
Oh SGL, that is such a sweet name the Poppets have given the squirrel. I bet he disappears if you have any depth of snow!
Oh rats Biglad! Will you be able to get some time tomorrow?

We've got a double bed that I dismantled a couple of weeks ago that needs taking to the tip. I think that might be designated as my priority tomorrow!

Good evening all. I'm finally over for today. It was first cold and windy morning since I'm here, but very soon sun appeared and it was another beautiful day. I managed to see everything from my list, and believe me, I'm completely exausted. It's my last night here, tomorrow at 7pm I have flight back home. I also bought few more presents for friends and familly. Mince pies (we don't have them), and it will be lovely surpries with tea.
