LB πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. That dental sign is there on purpose. Some of you were talking about visit to dentist so I recommend this place.

@rowlandscastle444, I'm really enjoying my visit. I passed by Marble arch twice today.

@Ante1 - good to hear you're having a good time. Sorry about the feet - London does that to you! I love the Regent Street angels. Been there for a few years now but still lovely. Did you pop into Fortnum & Masons while you were there?

If you need any more suggestions I can recommend lunch in the Victoria & Albert museum (in the proper cafe). Glorious Art Nouveau / Victorian tiles and chandeliers and the food (basic lunch stuff) is ok too and not too expensive. The museum is definitely worth a walk round. My favourite piece is Leonardo da Vinci's notebook. It's tiny but filled with his exquisitely neat Β hand writing. Oh! and it's all done in mirror-writing of course. Just because he could. Such a genius.Β

A little trip to Cornelisson's art shop (near the top of Tottenham Court Rd and not far from Foyles bookshop) is like stepping into a Harry Potter world. Lots of tiny drawers full of goodies and things like goose quills and paint pigments which you won't see anywhere else. Small but perfectly formedπŸ™‚.Β

I hate London because it's busy and noisy and expensive. But can you tell that a bit of me just loves it too? There are places and shops there that just don't exist anywhere else. Like the umbrella, barber and hat shops that have been there for 200+ years. Lovely.πŸ₯°

T'bird, Victoria and Albert museum is tomorrow on schedule. I didn't visit Fortnum & Mason, but might do that tomorrow afternoon. Thank you for all suggestion, and that you don't give my poor legs to rest a bit.😁

@Ante1 - your poor legs (and feet) 😁. Hope you enjoy it.

Fortnum & Mason is just a famous (and ancient) upmarket grocery store. I would only make a special trip if you want to buy some unique gifts. You can buy individually blended teas there and nice biscuits which would make a nice present for somebody who would appreciate them.Β

@Ante1 ,you could always ask your landlord and landlady if you could borrow their Butler for an hour or two to give your poor feet a lovely, warm foot bath..πŸ€πŸ˜‚..and a massageπŸ˜‰
Lovely pictures, I do hope you're enjoying yourself.
    Night all.Β
