    Morning all,
a lovely sunny start here today for a change. We’re supposed to have this for the next couple of days then normal service resumes.

Morning all, we have the same @Red maple, but if Hostafan1 says he's got rain now, then probably we'll get it later.
It's stupid I know but I've been tidying up and cleaning before the cleaner arrives tomorrow - don't want to make a bad impression! I've already warned her that we're not the tidiest of people. I'm only doing what I can reach easily. I'm hoping that having a cleaner will enthuse me to be a bit tidier which will certainly help.
We're waiting for the shower man to return with the correct size mirror hopefully so I share your pain @Allotment Boy.

That tomato mix looks good @tui34, you are very industrious. We have never had enough tomatoes to do anything like that.

Might try to have a walk round the garden and do some weeding on the high raised terraced beds that I can reach standing up if it stays dry.

OH has taken the car in for it's annual service & MOT, might be expensive this time.

    Have a good day all.

    Hi all

Sunny and warm, so going to sit out.
I am being trusted to look after myself for a few hours, so better not let her down.

Sunny here and it’s bee-central on my Lavender- so many varieties too 🐝

Take care all, particularly those who are under medical/physio instructions!

Thanks for the sausage roll @Dovefromabove - was feeling a bit peckish.

Hunched over the laptop at the moment - Festival aftermath.  It feels good to be paying the musicians and artists but there is still a way to go on the accounting.

Just sat in the garden for a minute watching all the flying ants and thinking perhaps we should pave over the veg. plot and have a nice patio there as there isn't really anywhere to sit out if there is more than one of us.  At the back of the veg plot is my wild area - the nettles are really tall there.  That could make a nice border.  Lots of things flying about - including the ants so the nettles do help my biodiversity efforts!

Feeling remorseful that a few begonias and busy lizzies never did make it into their final destination pots.

Someone wants my help in putting on a Folk Festival here.  I'll have a chat, but I really can't take on anything else!
