I would Join you @Dovefromabove but Ive just got back from Ashwoods where I had a cranberry and blackberry scone with clotted cream & Jam so Im a bit full up.  Sorry if there are any mistakes but this wrist splint doesn't make typing easy.
Afternoon all,  I also had a few plants fall into my basket as I walked around with Bestie.  A Phox White Admiral, Hosta Fire and Ice, Thalictrum Black Stockings and Dahlia Dreamy Nights.  I've managed to plant them one handed and watered them in.
Now I'm going to sit down with a cuppa and catch up on here.  Hope everyone is OK.

    Afternoon everyone,
I’ve had another busy day in the garden potting up petunias and begonias into both hanging baskets and decorative wheelbarrows. Also tidied one of the front borders a bit and deadheaded some roses. Feet up now with coffee. I might have one of your scones to go with it @Dovefromabove, they look delicious 😁.

    Afternoon all.

Those scones look delicious - pity I can't eat them (assuming they are not gluten-free). Downturned mouth smiley face (limited emoji options here).

Deeply embedded in Festival admin now, having got the funding for almost all of it.  Good news on that - but lots more work.  We had employed a projects coordinator we previously got funding for but she has stepped back.  She seemed fine on paper but turned out to be a bit of a nightmare.  It means I, and another member of the committee will be picking up what we hoped she would do - but we will get a bit of funding for that, so that helps.

But having been immersed all day - time to put my feet up and watch the end of Pointless!

    Virtual scones have virtually no
    gluten @didyw, so they’re virtually harmless 🪄

  • Back after a long day at the hospital. I always find it so draining.
One amusing thing - the hospital were testing their new vacuum cleaner.
    REALLY!!
